create pixel-perfect CSS designs from PSD files provided
cross-browser compatible CSS
experience working with atleast one CSS framework, such as 960 GS, Blueprint, Yahoo! UI Library, YAML, others
experience in jQuery and other Javascript frameworks is preferred
