I agree with your perception of the benefits of having a life coach. Having an objective pair of eyes on us looking for ways to assist us to move to the next level is crucial to function at our best over time.
I believe it was Einstein who said you can not solve a problem with the same level of thinking that got you there. Seeking the counsel of people wiser than us and staying flexible enough to receive it puts a man ahead of those too vain or frightened to risk the assessment of an honest coach.
It says much for you that you were able to attract the counsel of another who is successful in the business of coaching others for their success.

Thanks for your dropping a comment Vikraman. It's not about having acquired all these abilities permanently, but rather the 'increase' in remembrance of using these skills acquired. In other words I forget the skills learnt and act just like I would normally do, but now, I catch myself more often, and correct my action. Hopefully, these skills would become my second nature with time.

Interesting. This reminds me of "How to win friends and influence people" by Dale Carnegie- An excellent read. I'm not sure how much of it i've put to use. But if you've acquired all these qualities you've mentioned, Congrats!
